New Porn Condom Law In Los Angeles

Antonio Villaraigosa the Mayor of Los Angeles Mayor has signed into historic new law requiring porn performers to wear condoms while acting in areas requiring a Los Angeles city film permit.

The Porn industry is up in arms over this as they know from past experience that condom covered cocks in porn shoots are not a turn on for punters. They did try it years ago and I can recall a time when all the latest porn films the guys were wearing a condom. Sales of porn films fell and they reverted back to condom free sex.

Although condoms are not required if they are using private property only where a filming permit is required. Apart from the porn film industry relocating to County’s other 87 outside of Los Angeles I wonder how they will enforce it? having now passed the law they are asking the police for advice on this to figure out how to enforce the law.
