Jct2 Southampton Swingers Club

How long will it go on for now? It is under threat of closure from the New Forest District Council for running as a business from a resdidential house. David Kay, who apparently owns the swingers club hosts 95 sex parties a year.

I have never been to the club, I did consider it years ago and not sure why I never got there, the problem appears to be that the neighbours are complaining about the amount of people who attend these swingers parties but bosses of a sex club in the New Forest say it is “business as usual” despite a bid by council chiefs to shut it down. Unfortunately with al the publicity the swinger club will probably be busier than usual so that will annoy the neighbours even more.

I wonder if David Kay as invited the neighbours to join in the fun? maybe there are a few that would love to attend the swingers parties but can not due to living next door.

it is understandable that David Kay would not wish his swinger venue to be closed down but maybe it is time to move on, set the club up in an industrial unit like others have done and run it as a proper business. David Kay claims that it is not a business and that people do not have to pay. Sorry David that does not work or can I attend for free? I wonder how many other swingers would withold their contribution if they did not have to pay? On the Jct2 swingers web site it also offer to rent you the property for use. So it sounds very much like a business.

We would like to wish David all the best with his fight to keep the swingers club open and if he does loes his apeal against the enforcement notice I hope he has an almighty swingers party to end it all with before starting up somewhere else
